If an error message during the integration stating, "Your request couldn't be completed." follow these steps;

  • Try integrating in incognito or guest mode.

  • Verify that you are an admin on the Apple Search Ads account.

If the issue persists, feel free to contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager via your communication channels or the support team via Intercom.
