If you’re unable to see all the keywords you’ve bid on in Apple Search Ads within the MobileAction platform, it may be due to the fact that those specific keywords have not been crawled by our system.

MobileAction gathers keyword data through a process called crawling, where our system regularly scans the App Store to collect information about keywords being targeted by different apps. However, there might be some keywords that are not included in our crawling process, and as a result, they won't appear on the platform.

If you’re looking for specific keywords and can’t find them in MobileAction, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check keyword relevance: Ensure the keywords you search for are relevant and frequently used in your app’s category or niche. Less common keywords may not be included in our crawled data.

  2. Contact support: If you need data for specific keywords that are not currently available, please reach out to our support team. We can look into expanding our coverage or provide additional assistance.

  3. Use keyword suggestions: Explore other related keywords provided by MobileAction that can help you optimize your campaigns and reach your target audience effectively.

Remember, our goal is to provide the most comprehensive and useful data for your Apple Search Ads strategy.

If you have further questions on the process, contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or contact the support team via Intercom!
