To successfully re-integrate your App Store Connect account with MobileAction, removing the existing integration from both the MobileAction and App Store Connect dashboards is crucial before proceeding with a new integration. This step ensures that no conflicts arise from previous settings.
1- Remove previous integration
When you’re on the MobileAction dashboard:
Navigate to My Account > Data Integration.
Find the existing App Store Connect integration and select the option to delete or remove it.
On the App Store Connect dashboard:
Go to Users and Access.
Locate the MobileAction user and remove them by deleting their access.
2- Initiate new integration
In your MobileAction dashboard, go to My Account > Data Integration to navigate the data integration.
Choose the App Store Connect platform to initiate the integration process. A pop-up window will appear.
2. Begin by entering your new or existing App Store Connect access token. Ensure the token is valid, then proceed to the next step.
3. Select the app(s) associated with your account. You can choose one or more apps linked to your account.
4. After selecting your app(s), Invite the MobileAction ID displayed in this step to the selected account to complete the integration. Ensure you invite MobileAction individually for each selected account.
5. Go to your App Store Connect account after you get the MobileAction Apple ID. To complete the integration, click the “+” icon.
6. Once you click “+,” a pop-up window will appear where you should enter the details of your integration. Keep in mind that, in order for the integration to work, you should enter the MobileAction Apple ID when it asks you to write an e-mail address.
7. Right under the email entry, you’ll see roles listed to be selected for this account. MobileAction needs to be added as either “Admin” or as “Marketing,” “Finance,” and “Customer Support” together selected. After adding the roles as your preference, you can click the next button and the integration will be in progress.
8. Once you've invited the MobileAction ID, confirm by checking the corresponding checkbox to finalize the integration. You will get the following message saying the process might take 1-2 days.
9. When the process is completed, you’ll see the status as “Pending” while we verify the invitation and approve it.
10. You will see the list of integrated apps under the “Your Integrations” tab when it is finalized.
Following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate your App Store Connect account with MobileAction, unlocking valuable insights directly within our platform.
Keep in mind!
If your existing account expires, you must remove the previous account from both the MobileAction and App Store Connect dashboards to update the integration.
! In order to remove, you should delete the integration on the MobileAction dashboard, and delete the user in App Store Connect at the same time.
If a user with the “Account Holder” or “Admin” roles on App Store Connect removes the MobileAction account, the integration will be removed for all other users, too.
Invited accounts can be found on App Store Connect's “Users and Access” page. Remember to ensure that the MobileAction Account ID matches the one displayed in the pop-up.
