CPP Metrics offers an instant overview of your custom product pages' performance, including key metrics like impressions, conversions, downloads, and revenue. To access these metrics, you must first integrate your App Store Connect account with MobileAction, as the platform cannot collect and show data for apps that have not been integrated. While you can view data for the apps you’ve integrated, it’s not possible for the platform to show CPP Metrics data for your competitors’ custom product pages since the integration with MobileAction is needed to do that.
How to integrate your App Store Connect Account with MobileAction
Integration of your App Store Connect account to the MobileAction dashboard gives you the advantage of getting store metrics as real store data. You can do it in a couple of simple steps!
Getting started
In your MobileAction dashboard, go to My Account > Data Integration to navigate the data integration.
1. Choose the App Store Connect platform to initiate the integration process. A pop-up window will appear.
2. Begin by entering your new or existing App Store Connect access token. Ensure the token is valid, then proceed to the next step.
Need help obtaining an access token? Refer to our guide on “How to get an access token from App Store Connect.”
3. Select the app/apps associated with your account. You can choose one or more apps linked to your account.
4. To complete the integration, invite the MobileAction ID displayed in this step to the selected account. Ensure you invite MobileAction individually for each selected account.
Consult our guide on “How to invite MobileAction to your App Store Connect Account?” for detailed instructions.
5. Once you've invited the MobileAction ID, confirm by checking the corresponding checkbox to finalize the integration. You will get the following message, saying the process might take 1-2 days.
6. You’ll see the status as “Pending” while we verify the invitation and approve it.
7. When it is finalized, you will see the list of integrated apps under the “Your Integrations” tab.
Following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate your App Store Connect account with MobileAction, unlocking valuable insights directly within our platform.
Keep in mind!
If your existing account expires, you must remove the previous account from the dashboard to update the integration.
If a user with the “Account Holder” or “Admin” roles on App Store Connect removes the MobileAction account, the integration will be removed for all other users, too.
After the integration process is completed, you won’t need to reintegrate the Access Token even if it expires.
Invited accounts can be found on App Store Connect's “Users and Access” page. Remember to ensure that the MobileAction Account ID matches the one displayed in the pop-up.
