Publisher Analysis provides an overview of a publisher's market performance, allowing you to track their apps' performance in terms of estimated downloads and revenue. You can narrow your search by filtering based on category and country within a specified timeframe, enabling you to view and compare the performance of apps from a single publisher.

This article will lead you through the Publisher Analysis feature and demonstrate how to fully leverage its capabilities. Ready to explore? Let's begin!

1- This section allows you to search for any publisher you want. The selected publisher will serve as your main app for Publisher Analysis, but you can change it at any time.

2- This section displays the publisher's name, along with the number of apps and the active categories those apps belong to.

3- Here, you can select the storefronts to include in your analysis. Choose one or multiple from the dropdown menu by clicking the box next to each storefront, which will then be added to the table. You can also select the time period you want to analyze.

4- Finally, the table here presents the metrics you’ve selected, with each colored area representing a different app. You can switch the main value between downloads and revenue using the toggle, adjust the data by device type (iPhone, iPad), and change the table format (line table, area chart). Additionally, you can toggle between the linear scale (standard calculation over time) and the logarithmic scale (ideal for wide value ranges).

At the bottom, you’ll find a short summary table where you can see the download and revenue metrics by app so that you can compare the estimated revenues and downloads of the apps.

This overview has introduced you to the basics of Publisher Analysis. If you need more information or assistance, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or get in touch with our support team through Intercom!
