What permissions are required to integrate App Store Connect?

To ensure a successful integration of your App Store Connect account with MobileAction, specific permissions are necessary. Proper access roles allow MobileAction to retrieve the relevant data needed for analytics and reporting.

To integrate MobileAction data effectively, you need to grant one of the following sets of permissions within your App Store Connect account:

1- Admin access:

Granting Admin access is the most straightforward method. This role encompasses all necessary permissions to manage and integrate data seamlessly.

2- Combination of specific roles:

If providing Admin access is not preferable, the following combination of roles is required:

  • Marketing

  • Finance

  • Customer Support

All three roles need to be assigned together to provide a data access level equivalent to the Admin role.
