Custom product pages analysis and tracking provide insights into how different variations of your app's landing pages perform with specific audiences. By understanding which custom pages resonate best with users, you can optimize your app store presence, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall performance of your app marketing campaigns.

Custom Product Pages Intelligence lets you do all this and more!

In this article, we'll explore how MobileAction's Custom Product Pages Intelligence can help you with your custom product pages analysis and how to make the most of the product. We will dive deep into the CPP By App, CPP By Keyword, CPP By Category, and CPP By Ad Networks features and discuss how to use them for a comprehensive custom product pages analysis.

CPP By App

The "CPP by App" feature is the landing page of the CPP Intelligence, and it allows you to observe any app's custom product pages, offering insights into competitors' strategies. You can assess the performance of an app's custom product pages by analyzing the impression share for specific keywords in each storefront. This allows you to compare their effectiveness across different countries.

The 1st part, numbered as 1, allows you to search for any app to explore its custom product pages strategies. In the "My Apps" section, you can view all the apps you have tracked before and easily select them from the dropdown menu, along with the competitors you've chosen for that specific app.

The 2nd part displays the list of competitors you've selected for comparison with your chosen app. By clicking on the small circle next to each competitor, you can select the competitor app and view their custom product pages. To add new apps for closer observation, simply click the "+" button at the end of the list.

The 3rd part features other tools under CPP Intelligence. You can easily switch between them by clicking on the respective options.

The 4th part of the page shows the number of active countries where the selected app has custom product pages. Next to this, you can select the country whose custom product pages you want to view. You can change the country from the dropdown menu.

Additionally, you can choose the time frame for which you want to see the custom product pages, which is particularly useful for analyzing seasonal custom product pages.

The 5th part of the page displays the custom product pages for the selected country and time frame. One of these is the default product page, marked with a purple "Default Product Page" badge. In this section, you can view all the keywords associated with that custom product page (you can see the entire list by clicking on it and downloading it as a CSV file), the creative set of the custom product pages (with a preview of each screenshot available when clicked), the impression share (it shows the share of the impressions received by the selected CPP for the keywords it is associated with, in the total number of impressions for all keywords shown in the row.), the first and last seen dates, and finally, the URL link.

CPP By Keyword

The "CPP by Keyword" feature empowers you to strengthen your custom product pages with keyword-centric analysis. By searching keywords, you can view and compare various apps' custom and default product pages linked to these keywords, identifying what sets the top performers apart. Additionally, you can correlate impression shares with first-seen timings to uncover patterns and better understand market dynamics for strategic planning.

The 1st part of this section allows you to search for any keyword to see the custom product pages that receive impressions from that keyword. From the dropdown menu next to it, you can choose to view only custom product pages, only default pages, or both simultaneously.

The 2nd part displays the keyword you are searching for and its Search Popularity Score.

The 3rd part shows the app and the custom product pages that receive impressions from the keyword you searched. It also provides information on the app’s category, impression share (indicating the percentage of impressions received by the selected CPP for the searched keyword relative to the total impressions of all CPPs associated with this keyword), first and last seen dates, and the URL link of the custom product pages.

CPP By Category

The "CPP by Category" feature allows you to draw inspiration from top apps within your chosen category. By exploring the custom product pages of category leaders, you can uncover the strategies behind their success. Additionally, you can leverage insights into how these apps capitalize on seasonal trends to engage their audience effectively.

The 1st part allows you to select the category, country, and time frame for viewing custom product pages.

  • Under the category selection, you will see the taxonomy filters for you to better specify your analysis. Select either general app categories or any App Taxonomy / Game Taxonomy before listing the custom product pages based on categories.

The 2nd part displays the custom product pages based on your search filters, including the app's name, custom product page assets, category, first and last seen dates, and unique URL.

CPP By Ad Networks

The "CPP by Ad Networks" feature lets you access a broad range of custom product pages data from leading ad networks, including Meta, Google AdMob, Unity, TikTok, and more. This helps you analyze an app’s custom product page strategies from the ad network perspective.

The 1st part of this feature allows you to filter your search by country, category, ad network, and time frame. You can change all of these using the dropdown menus. Another way to filter your search is in the 2nd section, where you can filter by an app’s name using the search bar. Finally, the 3rd part shows the results of your search, including the app's name, creatives, custom product page creatives, the ad network associated with the custom product pages, and the first and last seen dates.
