Conversely, the Monthly Cap spreads the budget across the entire calendar month. It allows the daily spend to fluctuate day-to-day but ensures that, on average, it aligns with the daily budget over the month. This setting provides more flexibility compared to the daily cap, as it can accommodate days with under or overspending by adjusting subsequent days' budgets accordingly. This approach helps in maintaining consistent monthly expenditures without surpassing the monthly budget limits.
