You receive hundreds of emails from different senders, and one of them is your SearchAds.com account. Sometimes, these emails are to notify you, and sometimes, they deliver the reports you requested and exported. You can see and track all the emails you receive from your SearchAds.com account on the Mail Logs page under Settings. This article will guide you through that page.
First, go to Settings on the dashboard. There are two ways to access your account settings: You can either click the little wheel icon on the sidebar or click your profile icon in the upper right corner and then click “Manage Setting.”
Once you navigate to Settings, you’ll see different setting types on the top bar. Go to “Mail Logs.” Here, you’ll see the emails you received from your SearchAds.com account, their types, the time they were sent to you, and a preview. When you click the magnifying glass under the preview column, you can see the email you received.
