You receive hundreds of emails from different senders, and one of them is your SearchAds.com account. Sometimes, these emails are to notify you, and sometimes, they deliver the reports you requested and exported. You can see and track all the emails you receive from your SearchAds.com account on the Mail page under Logs. This article will guide you through that page.

First, go to Logs on the dashboard. To do that, can click your profile icon in the upper right corner and then click “Logs.”

Once you navigate to Logs, you’ll see different tabs on the top bar. Go to “Mail.” Here, you’ll see the emails you received from your SearchAds.com account, their types, the time they were sent to you, and a preview. When you click the magnifying glass under the preview column, you can see the email you received.
