While managing your campaigns, exporting files from your account makes analyzing and reporting easier. On the Exports page, you can track all of your exports from your SearchAds.com account with detailed information for easier and better tracking. This article will help you understand the Exports page.
First, go to Settings on the dashboard. There are two ways to access your account settings: You can either click the little wheel icon on the sidebar or click your profile icon in the upper right corner and then click “Logs.”
Once you navigate to Settings, you’ll see different setting types on the top bar. Go to “Exports”. Here you can see and track your export history at every level. On this page, you can see the export level (campaign groups, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, ads, CPP and negative keywords), the request date, the report type, the status (whether it is active or expired), and the download link. Keep in mind that the files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
