MobileAction's "Custom Alerts" feature empowers users with real-time notifications, ensuring that you are always informed about significant developments. This guide will walk you through the benefits and steps to leverage Custom Alerts to their fullest potential.

Why Custom Alerts?

Custom Alerts are designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your decision-making process. By setting up alerts tailored to your specific needs, you can:

  • Monitor key metrics: Keep a close eye on performance indicators that matter the most to you.

  • Save time: Automate the tracking process and focus on strategic decisions.

  • Stay informed: Receive immediate updates on changes, allowing for prompt action.

Setting up Custom Alerts

Creating Custom Alerts is a straightforward process. Here's how you can set them up:

  1. Access Custom Alerts: Navigate to the "Custom Alerts" option in the upper menu of your MobileAction dashboard.

  2. Create a new alert: Select "Create New Alert" to initiate the setup process.

  3. Define the alert scope: Choose whether the alert is for a specific app, publisher, or category.

  4. Set the frequency: Decide how often you want to receive the alerts - daily, weekly, or monthly.

  5. Choose your apps: Select from your list of integrated apps for which you wish to receive alerts.

  6. Select storefronts: Pick the storefronts relevant to your alert for more targeted notifications.

  7. Notification channels: Choose between email and Slack notifications for receiving alerts.

    • For Slack, select the channel where you wish to receive notifications.

    • For email notifications, provide the list of email addresses to receive the alerts.

  8. Alert types: Select from various alert types, such as Daily Stats, App Updates, Featured Apps, and more, to tailor your notifications to your needs.

9. Name your alert: Give your alert a distinctive name for easy identification.
