How to integrate your Google Play Console account with MobileAction

Connecting your Google Play Console account to MobileAction is quick and easy. With just a few steps, you can start pulling essential performance data into your dashboard without any manual hassle.

Here’s how to get it done:

Step-by-step integration guide

1. Click the Settings icon located in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard. Once you do, the “Integrations” menu will appear on the left-hand side, right next to your main navigation.

2. Inside the Integrations page, you can find and click on Google Play Console from the list of available partners to start the integration process.

3. A pop-up window will appear. Before moving forward, take a moment to read through the account permissions listed, it’s always good to know what you’re approving.

When you’re ready, click “Integrate with Google Developer Account.

This will take you straight to the Google Developer Account login page. You’ll be redirected to the Google Developer Account sign-in page automatically. In this step, you need to give permission for;

I. View your data across Google Cloud services and see the email address of your Google Account.

II. See metrics and data about the apps in your Google Play Developer account.

4. Sign in and approve the requested permissions so MobileAction can pull in the necessary data. Once that’s done, your apps will start syncing. You’ll see a list of them appear. Once the permissions are given, MobileAction will begin syncing your apps.

5. After your apps are listed during the sync process, quickly check to make sure everything looks right. If all looks good, click “Next.”

6. In the next step, paste your Cloud URL into the designated field.

! You can find your Cloud URL by going to the Download ReportsStatistics section in your Google Play Console dashboard, as shown below.

7. Once the Cloud URL is added, your integration will be successfully completed.

8. To verify everything is working, head over to the “My Integrations” section under the Integrations menu.

After setup, your status will initially show as “Pending” while our system processes your data. No further action is required during this time.
