Learn what each status term means for your MMP integration process

The status of your integrations is important to understand whether you have an integration with an MMP on the platform at that exact moment, whether the connection was successful and whether you need to take further action.

Let's take a look at the statuses and what they mean for you.

Pending First Event

This indicates that you have connected your MMP, and we are waiting to receive your first event after the integration. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the first event after the integration. If you still have not received any event after 48 hours, the system will send you an email to inform you that there can be a problem with the integration.

There can be three reasons why you still see the Pending First Event status after 48 hrs passed from the first integration;

  1. No installation or in-app event occurred after the integration of this app.

  2. The integration setup between the app and the MMP might be incorrect. If so, please contact us.

  3. The integration setup between the MMP and SearchAds.com might be incorrect. In this case, please get in touch with us.

No Recent Event

This indicates that no event has been received from the integrated MMP for at least 30 days.

Create First Goal

This indicates that we have successfully received the first event after the integration. To see your metrics on the Ads Manager page, please proceed to create your goal(s).

Integrated

This status indicates that after receiving your first event/s and creating your first goal, your integration is complete, and you have successfully integrated your MMP! You can now see your MMP-related metrics on Ads Manager and adjust automations with your MMP-related metrics.

P.S.: After completing or failing to complete each integration status, the system will email you to inform you about your status.
